Prera Travels is a travel coordinator — we plan, book, and manage your trip with you, but the airlines, hotels, transport companies, and experience providers are independent businesses. Knowing this upfront makes the whole process smoother. Full details in our Terms & Conditions.
Prera Travels ("Prera Travels," "we," "us," or "our") is a travel-coordination service. We plan, advise on, and arrange bookings on behalf of our clients ("you," "the customer," "the traveler") with third-party providers worldwide, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, ground transportation companies, tour operators, restaurants, experience providers, and insurance companies (collectively, "Suppliers").
Prera Travels acts solely as an intermediary and travel coordinator. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any of the Suppliers, transportation, accommodation, or experiences we book on your behalf. All Suppliers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of Prera Travels.
Estimates provided by your agent are based on Supplier rates and availability at the time the estimate is issued. Final pricing may differ from the original estimate if Supplier prices, taxes, fees, exchange rates, fuel surcharges, or availability change between the time the estimate is issued and the time bookings are confirmed.
If the final cost exceeds the estimate, we will notify you of the difference before completing any booking and obtain your approval to proceed. You may, at that point, decline the revised pricing and request a refund of the difference between the amount paid and any non-refundable amounts already committed to Suppliers, subject to Section 7.
Requests submitted after the itinerary is finalized or after bookings are confirmed — including but not limited to upgrades, additional travelers, date changes, route changes, or added experiences — may incur additional Supplier fees, service charges, fare differences, or change penalties. Any such additional costs are the customer's responsibility and must be paid before the change is processed.
7.1 Free Cancellation Window. You may cancel your trip for any reason and receive a full refund of all amounts paid to Prera Travels within twenty-four (24) hours of your initial payment, provided that no non-refundable Supplier reservation has already been issued in your name (e.g., airline tickets, certain hotel deposits). The 24-hour window starts from the timestamp on the payment receipt.
7.2 Cancellations Outside the 24-Hour Window. After 24 hours from initial payment, all cancellations are subject to the cancellation policies of each individual Supplier. Refundable portions, if any, depend on what Suppliers will return to us.
7.3 Partial Refund Window (72+ Hours Before Trip Start). If you request cancellation more than seventy-two (72) hours before your scheduled trip start, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Partial refunds are:

7.5 Cancellations Less Than 72 Hours Before Trip Start. Cancellations made within 72 hours of trip start are generally not eligible for any refund, except where a Supplier independently issues one.
7.6 How to Request a Refund. All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to hello@preratravels.com with: (a) your full name; (b) your booking or estimate reference; (c) a clear description of the issue and the refund you are requesting; and (d) any supporting documentation. We will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and respond with a decision within fifteen (15) business days, though Supplier-dependent refunds may take longer to process.
7.7 Refund Disbursement. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Refund timing depends on the payment processor and may take 5–30 business days to appear.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved directly and quickly.
Filing a chargeback does not waive your obligations under these Terms, and we reserve the right to pursue collection through any legal means available.
Prera Travels is not liable for, and disclaims all responsibility for, any act, omission, error, representation, warranty, breach, or negligence of any Supplier or third party. This includes, without limitation:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any trip, service, or these Terms shall not exceed the service-coordination fee retained by Prera Travels for that trip.

We strongly recommend that every traveler purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, baggage, and trip interruption. We can refer you to third-party insurance providers but do not underwrite, administer, or take responsibility for any insurance product.
Once your trip is in planning, your assigned agent will be your primary contact. By submitting a request, you consent to receive communications from Prera Travels by email, phone, and text in relation to your trip and our services.
All content on the Prera Travels website — including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and itinerary documents — is the property of Prera Travels and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prera Travels, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your conduct during travel, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you book a trip will govern that trip. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Because we plan trips worldwide, your information will inevitably be shared with Suppliers located outside your country of residence. By using our services, you consent to such international transfers.
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 except as provided by a parent or legal guardian booking family travel.
Our website and communications may contain links to third-party sites (Suppliers, BNPL providers, etc.). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for those practices.
